• Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
  A: Our standard MOQ is 100 units. For products from our existing catalog, no tooling cost is required. However, if a new style necessitates custom mold development, the mold cost will be shared between our company and the customer.
• Q: Do you provide custom design services?
  A: Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services. We can also incorporate your logo onto the products through various methods, including laser engraving, embossing, or debossing.
• Q: Do you provide samples?
  A: Yes, we do. Sample costs may vary depending on factors such as mold development requirements and shipping expenses. We can discuss the specifics based on your needs.
• Q: What safety certifications do your products hold?
  A: Our products are certified with industry-standard approvals, including CE and RoHS. These certifications ensure that our products comply with stringent safety standards throughout the design, manufacturing, and usage phases.
• Q: What are your accepted payment terms?
  A: We accept PayPal, Western Union, cash (T/T), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For orders exceeding $2,000, we also accept Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at Sight) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading.
• Q: When will my order be dispatched?
  A: We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days. However, if you place a very large or custom order, there may be a delay due to warehouse capacity. We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible and will contact you if there are any delays. We recommend placing large orders as early as possible to avoid any issues.
• Q: Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?
  A: Although we work hard to maintain order accuracy, issues can sometimes occur during transit, or mistakes can happen with orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at eason@cncori.com describing the issue, and a customer service agent will contact you to resolve it.
